Cancellation Policy
At Kottayam Nazeer Art World, we strive to process every order as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been packed or shipped.
Once the artwork has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Customized Orders
Customized or commissioned artworks cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability.
- Payment verification issues.
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors.
- Unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
