At Kottayam Nazeer Art World, every artwork is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
As our products are original artworks and made with great care, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Copyright
- The artwork is damaged during delivery.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing or packaging defect.
To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor color variations due to screen settings.
- Customized or personalized artworks.
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
Damaged Products
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging.
- Take clear photographs.
